At times, it may be difficult to understand how you arrived at the place in life at which you are or understand why you have experienced different situations in your life. You may have experienced trauma or stress that have led you to this place. You may have feelings of depression, anxiety, or may even have an uncertainty about how you feel. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my intention is to work diligently with you to identify and examine maladaptive patterns that cause obstacles for you to be the best version of yourself and live a positive and healed life.
