I am licensed in Texas, Arizona, and Iowa with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, & career difficulties. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I like to have a balance of empathy, proper assessment, support and a little humor sometimes too. I feel a good rapport is of utmost importance.
