I am a licensed professional in Texas with over a decade of professional counseling and psychotherapy work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety; relationship and family issues; trauma and abuse experiences, building self esteem, and self-confidence; adjusting to life transitions and loss or grief; and, with depression, amongst other impactful issues.
