Tiffany Riley

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Montana with 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field; 19 of which as a therapist. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Montana and my Master of Science degree from the University of Great Falls. The clients I work with present with a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, familial issues, parenting challenges, interpersonal relationship troubles and academic issues. The ages of my clients ranged from 2-70 with diverse backgrounds. My approach to providing therapy focuses on what you choose to bring to sessions. Overall, I treat people with dignity and respect while offering unconditional positive regard, genuine concern, sensitivity, and compassion; just as I wish to be treated. I consider therapy a journey; one that is challenging yet fulfilling but it takes work and time to tackle issues. When individuals feel heard, validated, and supported, they choose to do the work and engage in therapy. People and their issues are like onions; they have many layers and a lot of those layers are protective.
