Tiffany Reddick

I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia with over 7 years of experience working as a mental health counselor and life coach. I use a solution-focused approach with clients with a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, ADHD, and race and gender-based micro and macro aggressions. I also have experience helping individuals address issues related to their sexual health and wellness. My counseling style is warm, interactive, and holistic. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you move from confusion to clarity. I want to support you in living a life of confidence, authenticity, and joy. I will tailor our dialog to meet your unique and specific needs.
