Thank you for taking the time to read my profile while considering your choices. My name is Tiffany Johnson. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, based in Indianapolis, IN. I have worked in the social work and mental health field for over 18 years. I have been afforded the opportunity to work with local state agencies, community based mental health agencies, private institutions, and within the nonprofit sectors. Some of my previous roles have afforded me opportunities to service in leadership roles too, such as Director of Admission for a children’s residential program, and Clinical Supervisor for a women’s addiction recovery residential program. I am currently a Crisis Specialist with IMPD and respond to crisis calls in the Metropolitan area of Indianapolis, IN. Every position I’ve held has contributed tremendously to the development of my Therapeutic style. I am a Holistic Therapist, focusing on the whole person and their needs. I am a client-centered Therapist who wants to come along side you and assist you with making the right decisions and reaching your personal goals. I utilize several therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, trauma informed care, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and psych education. I am a firm believer that with the right supports, in a safe and encouraging environment, you can figure out how to live a healthier life. The goal for myself as a Therapist, is to empower you to make informed, healthy, and confident choices that move you forward to having a life you want. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
