Tiffany Guthrie

My clinical experience over the past 17 years has granted me the opportunity to stand beside some amazing individuals as they have struggled with painful situations and learned to live beyond these difficulties. It has been my privilege to provide information and encouragement to support new skill development, personal growth and increased life satisfaction. I see therapy as a collaborative process between the client and the counselor that helps an individual to access their own natural ability to organize and regulate their body, mind, and spirit in movement toward full potential. There are times in our lives when it is important to reach out to someone who can provide a compassionate ear and a mirror into our lives that will allow us to develop the insights and plans that will launch us forward. My training ranges from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Therapies, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Theories, Existential/Spiritual Therapies, Neurobiology, and Alternative Therapies. I have worked with adults and adolescents in individual, family and group settings.
