Hello. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), in the state of Georgia. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with a wide variety of clients; from families, individuals, couples, and children dealing with significant mental health crisis, along with depression, anxiety, stress, life changes, grief, mood disorders, ADHD, and relationships. My therapy approach is real and bold. I am enthusiastic and I believe in the power of humor. A good therapeutic relationship is one that includes trust and authenticity. If you cannot be your true self, who can you be? I am committed to helping you find who you are. I do love Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy modalities. But, I adapt my treatment modalities to fit your specific needs. We will explore your life together, processing “bumps” in the road, discussing healthy perceptions of yourself, and teaching you how to build boundaries to have healthy, sustainable relationships.
