I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with seven years of clinical experience and 11 years of social work experience. I have worked with many different populations including individuals tackling mental health and substance use issues. I am also a Certified Financial Social Worker, merging my two passions of counseling and finances. My counseling style includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, solution focused and client centered. When working with clients, my goal is to help be a guide in their journey to tackling life’s problems. I am a direct therapist that is able to provide solutions but also wants honest feedback from clients to redirect the sessions to meet their needs. I believe that everyone should participate in therapy at some point in their life and I am glad you have taken this first step and I am looking forward to working with you.
