Hello and thanks for checking my profile! About me…well, like you its easy for me to tell you the basic’s; about my education, attending graduate school at Carlow University and focusing on professional counseling, my experience; working with people that struggle with addictions, trauma, loss, bi-polar disorder, anxiety and depression, stress, acceptance and anger. My treatment approach depends on what help’s you and can including motivational interviewing, solution focused, psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and psychotherapy. I believe life experiences can contribute to the therapeutic relationship which isn’t anything that is taught but learned, that being said, I’ve learned to listen, to stay objective and work with someone that is willing to explore together the possibility of answers, changes, actions, challenges, and steps that provide improvements towards achieving your goals. I can’t perform miracles but that doesn’t mean they don’t exist, sometimes its about the process and the willingness to search.
