Hi, My name is Thamousca, but I commonly go by Thamy. I am a mental health therapist licensed in the State of Florida. I have extensive experience working with teenage girls (as a former Educator, mentor, & family therapist) working on improving self-esteem, parental conflicts, and anger management. I work to assist adult women to develop greater self-awareness while learning how to manage daily stressors, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues. I am a strong believer that anyone has the ability to transform their lives (when they are ready to) and change their perception or outlook about the present/future. I am here to assist you on this journey called life and provide you with the necessary tools/strategies to get you to a happier and proudest version of YOU!
