As a licensed professional counselor and addictions counselor with national certification, I have extensive training in EMDR, DeTur, Addiction Counseling, CBT, DBT, Existential therapy, Somatic therapy, and Gestalt therapy. My years of lived experience complement my professional skills, enriching the support I provide. Having transitioned to counseling as a second career, I have a diverse background that has deepened my appreciation for individuals with complex histories.
