I am licensed in Washington with 12 years of professional work experience. I reserve the majority of my caseload availability for clients who are LGBTQ and/or polyamorous. I prefer to work with non-heteronormative, or poly persons/groups and I’m trained to provide family treatment for those needs. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I believe that the single most important aspect of therapy is a healthy therapeutic relationship, and taking time to develop an understanding and rapport between therapist and client is important. My therapy approach for you may include any combination of: talk therapy, DBT or CBT interventions, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness and body awareness interventions, or Brief Solution-focused Therapy.
