I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and service individuals within the Louisiana area. I speak English. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University and A&M College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Southern University of New Orleans. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. -I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, negative self-talk, low self-esteem, adjustments. – I work with older individuals with life transitions. -I have experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and physical disabilities with social skills, understanding their diagnosis, depression, and anxiety. – I work with family members of individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities with coping with their family member’s diagnosis. I utilize person-centered thinking and several modalities to help individuals with decreasing their mental health concerns. As a therapist, I enjoy helping individuals crush their goals and connect to their most authentic self.
