It starts with you. The over all goal is what you want to achieve in your life and the path you want to take within yourself. I am here to provide you the tools to accomplish just that. Together, we can make those hard times a past memory with no concerns for your future. I am licensed in New York for the past 3 years and working in the field, including the drug and Alcohol field for 10 years . I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, & abuse. I also have experience working with depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Understanding how to “feel” good again is our goal for you and your growth to becoming a better you. My approach in the session would consist of Cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and EMDR.
