I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of clinical experience. I help people work through anxiety, depression, losses, troubled relationships, trauma, declining health and difficulty adjusting to life’s changes. I strive to provide a therapeutic environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored without fear of judgment. It takes courage to change and create a more fulfilling and happier life. I believe all people have the power to change when they have the desire, support and encouragement. One of my favorite quotes is by Theodore Roosevelt who said, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
