I am a national board certified counselor with a Certification in marriage and family therapy, and 16 years of experience in the behavioral health profession. I am licensed in Georgia, and registered as a tele-mental health provider in South Carolina. I hope to provide you with tools using mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral interventions, solution-focused interventions , and dialectical behavioral interventions. My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe place to begin sharing. I will rely pretty heavily on your perspective. My approach is person centered and my experience in every setting thus far has taught me to lead with compassion. I seek to assist you in connecting with resources and coping techniques that may give way to awareness and possibly provide relief in your daily experience.
