I bring over 30 years of experience in the counseling profession and have had the privilege of coaching and counseling thousands of individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and purpose. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Life Coach, and holder of a Doctor of Divinity degree, I combine clinical expertise with a Christian faith-based perspective (if you want) to guide clients toward living more fulfilled and productive lives. My approach is solution-focused and cognitive-based, with added tools from other effective modalities. I listen to truly understand, so we can co-create the results you’re looking for—and deserve. Over the years, I’ve served in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, as well as school systems. My clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples, children, veterans, and group settings. Clients often share that they feel heard, understood, and comfortable with me—and leave sessions feeling more confident and equipped to create a life that’s successful and rewarding.
