My goal, along with my team of trained clinicians and registered associates, is to help you break free from the past, and approach life with a renewed sense of peace and confidence. My purpose is to help you heal current distress affecting your mind and body by processing and healing past wounds, so they no longer trigger reactions in your life. Rooted in Attachment Theory, we use EMDR, bilateral stimulation, and evidence-based therapies in a collaborative, supportive environment to promote profound healing and growth.
