I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota. I have been providing therapy services for 17 years. I have experience working with clients from children/adolescents to adults in individual therapy, couples therapy and family therapy. I am passionate in my work as a therapist and dedicated to helping my clients navigate through the difficulties and challenges they may face in their life journey. During times of fear and uncertainty, there is hope for peace. During times of despair and sorrow, there is hope for healing. And during times of helplessness, there is hope for strength and growth. I believe in hope. I am honored to have the privilege to work with each and every one of my clients. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client is a key factor in a successful therapy experience. You will be treated with respect, dignity, and acceptance, because you will have allowed me to be a part of your life, which in turn, affects mine. My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, client-centered and family systems counseling. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
