Reaching out to a new therapist can be daunting, therefore, my goal is to make it as easy as possible. I am a licensed professional counselor, nationally certified counselor and an approved clinical supervisor. I have over 15 years of counseling experience treating individuals, couples, families and children 16, and up, with a wide variety of issues. My experience includes family issues, depression, stress, anxiety, adjustment/transitions, chronic pain/disability, suicidal ideation, isolation, crisis workers, self-harm, couple issues, LGBTQIA-friendly, child issues, grief, career counseling, college issues, and trauma (PTSD). Creating a positive solid therapeutic alliance with clients is priority. Trust between therapist and client is key for therapy to be successful. I use an eclectic theoretical approach, including cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused, client-centered and more (depending on client issues).
