Stephanie Millar-Haskell

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, in Arizona with 11 years of professional work experience. I own a private practice in the state of Arizona called Anchor Counseling & Consulting Services. None of the websites listed on the internet are affiliated with us. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I have experience with many other areas of mental health disorders and disease not listed. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2013 with my Masters in Counseling degree. Previous to this, I graduated from Arizona State University with my Bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Family Studies. I believe counseling is a wonderful resource for any person in a difficult situation, and I believe that working together we can help improve your situation and meet your goals. I come from a nonjudgemental, humanistic counseling approach, which means I like to meet the client where they are at with their issues and make a plan together for how they would like to illicit change.
