I am a clinical social worker licensed in Missouri and Illinois with over 20 years experience working as a mental health/addictions therapist. I have worked with people across all age groups in a variety of treatment settings on concerns including depression, anxiety, history of trauma, thoughts of death, self injury, mood swings and addictions. My therapy style is of compassion and acceptance. I believe that each person holds inherent wisdom and my role is to help my clients build a deeper connection with theirs. My approach is a mixture of dialectical behavioral (DBT), cognitive, mindfulness, and client centered strategies. I will tailor our approach and goals to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to make the first step towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
