My purpose is to assist you in maintaining a joyful, healthy, and productive lifestyle by introducing and sharing strategies that promote a mindfulness attitude, rational behavior, responsible choices, and fulfilling relationships. I embrace an all-inclusive paradigm, and an eclectic theoretical approach via Client-Centered, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapies. I believe that all persons deserve to be served and treated in a respectful, dignified manner; in a safe and compassionate environment. I have had the fortune of serving children, adolescents, adults, and older adults over a 29 year span in Georgia. Depression, anxiety, caregiving, anger management, and LGBTQ challenges are some of the areas that I have explored with clients. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Board Certified Coach. I earned my BS degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University, MA degree in Counseling and Human Development from Clark Atlanta University, and Ph.D. degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Clark Atlanta University. I also earned a MA degree in Biblical Studies from Newburgh Theological Seminary And College Of The Bible. Your interest and time in reviewing my profile is sincerely appreciated. Be good to yourself, LAUGH, and have a wonderful life journey!
