As a licensed professional with a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Capella University and over a decade of mental health experience in Missouri, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journey. With a master’s degree from Bradley University and specialized training as a suicidologist through the American Association of Suicidology, I bring expertise in addressing stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma and abuse, self-harm, family dynamics, grief, and loss. My approach centers on meeting each individual where they are, tailoring our sessions to their unique needs, and creating a safe, compassionate space for growth and healing. I firmly believe in developing a dialog and treatment plan that aligns with your personal goals and circumstances.
