Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the metro Atlanta area with over 12 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with a diverse group of clients of all ages with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, parenting problems, veteran specific issues, career challenges and anger issues. I have also worked with clients who have experienced various types of trauma, specifically veterans. I combine different therapeutic approaches based on clients presenting concerns, goals and motivation such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. My counseling style is warm, inviting and helpful. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I believe in providing a safe space for all individuals.
