When I’m not providing therapeutic services for BetterHelp, I’m out in the field as a licensed clinical social worker for the County healthcare case management program. Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of journeying alongside adults and families facing mental health concerns, and let me tell you, it is my absolute passion! My toolbox is filled with therapeutic approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, client-centered therapy, and if you prefer, I can bring in psychoanalysis or narrative therapy too!
