Welcome: My name is Sharon. I work with those experiencing life uncertainties, trauma, relationship challenges and family conflict: including parental and adult child estrangement, family black sheep, scapegoating, caregiver stress and persistent forms of psychological distress caused by anxiety, depression and suppressed anger. Therapy can bring to the forefront, unanswered questions about why we encounter the same difficulties over and over again or what do I want in the absence of social influence. My approach is holistic, person centered, and strength based. I believe that each person is the expert on their own life and therapy can act as that first step in the direction of choice. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
