I also helped many people who have experienced various types trauma and/or emotional abuse. My therapy style is welcoming and engaging. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t presume to know it all and I like my clients to understand I am human just as they are and I am here solely to assist them in their own journey to a more optimistic mental state. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, holistic, and solution-focused therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards that change.
