I have worked in private practice and various community and medical settings with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, family issues, career challenges, cultural concerns and spiritual problems. I have specialized experience with helping professionals (therapists, doctors, nurses. lawyers, spiritual leaders, coaches, educators, athletes, financial advisors, and business owners), and people who have experienced various types of trauma and/or abuse. My counseling style is warm , interactive, holistic and culturally inclusive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
