I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas (LPC) with experience working with clients of various backgrounds. In a variety of settings, I’ve had the privilege of assisting clients across the lifespan experiencing depression and anxiety. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with clients seeking to improve their stress management, motivation, and emotional regulation.
