My name is Sandy and I am a mental health counselor. I specialize in helping individuals with Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Fear, and Relationships. I also have experience in addressing Trauma and Abuse, Self-Esteem, Grief, family conflict, and career issues. I currently have the following credentials: National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology and a graduate degree – Masters in Counseling, specializing in Clinical and Mental Health. I have a wealth of knowledge to help you through these difficult situations and by working together, you can create positive change in your life and regain a sense of hope! I enjoy working with individuals, families, and groups. I use a holistic treatment approach that includes body, mind, spirit, and building healthy relationships. I also provide faith-based Christian counseling, if desired. Together, we can develop a path for your personal growth and a clear direction for a brighter future.
