I am a psychologist licensed in Missouri. I completed my PsyD at Wheaton College in 2018 and have worked in a variety of settings, including college counseling, inpatient and outpatient mental health and, most recently, VA. I have worked with clients with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and more. My therapy style is compassionate and client-centered. I listen carefully to make sure I have a clear understanding of each person and their unique concerns. My approach draws from cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies, as well as Motivational Interviewing. I believe each person and their story is sacred, and none of us are meant to go through life alone. I feel honored when clients trust me with their story, allowing me to join with them on their journey for a season and to bear witness to both their pain and their progress. I am here to help.
