With over 5 years experience as a therapist and a total of 12 years of diverse experience in the field of social work, I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental presence to every session. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through many of life’s most challenging moments—from crisis intervention and trauma recovery to substance use, domestic violence, and behavioral challenges in children. My work spans all ages—from young children (3+) to seniors—and includes outpatient counseling, school-based behavioral support, harm reduction services, and mentoring for personal and professional growth. I am especially passionate about supporting women, men, and families as they navigate life transitions, emotional hurdles, and healing from difficult experiences.
