Hello! I’m sara, a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 20 years of experience helping teens and adults overcome anxiety and attention issues and achieve better mental health. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in private practice, with large community mental health organizations, and as a coach, supporting individuals with a variety of mental health challenges, life stressors, and personal goals.
