Hi, I’m Sara, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in the mental health space where I have been helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use. I specialize in working with adults, first responders, active duty military and veterans who are living with complex PTSD, relationship challenges, and emotional dysregulation. As a trauma-trained therapist, I’m passionate about creating a safe and collaborative space for healing. In therapy, I use a client-centered, culturally responsive approach grounded in evidence-based modalities. I work with you to identify your goals and strengths, and together we build practical tools to manage symptoms, deepen insight, and move toward meaningful change. Currently, I serve as the Outpatient Clinical Director at a program in Denver, where I oversee intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. My background also includes years of inpatient work, and advocacy for inclusive, equity-driven care as part of multiple DEI groups. Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning to the process, I honor the courage it takes to seek support. I believe healing happens in safe relationships, and I strive to meet each client with empathy, consistency, and authenticity. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
