I specialize in helping individuals navigate life challenges and life transitions with relationships (family, friends, and professional), including conflicts, trauma, abuse, coping with all aspects of grief, coping with loss: i.e., a loved one, career, and leaving current home to new locations. I have a strong specialization in assisting individuals in increasing self-esteem and confidence, which encompasses symptoms of anxiety, depression, fear of change.
