Hi! Let me start by telling you a little about myself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I have 23 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with a culturally diverse population with a variety of mental health challenges. I assist clients with creating goals to improve their mental health and wellness. My counseling style is interactive, non-judgmental and respectful. I have enjoyed the opportunity to help others develop self-awareness, coping skills and behavior modification. I believe the therapeutic process is a partnership between a therapist and an active and willing participant focused on getting to wellness in their individual journey. As we all are complex and individual beings with personal underlying factors, my favored methodology is Integrative Therapy. I believe this method allows the therapist and the participant freedom to explore various aspects of self with varied approaches.
