Samantha Hilden

I am a mental health professional with experience in individual, family, and group therapy in both in patient and outpatient facilities. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 7 years with diverse populations including, families, individuals, couples, college age youth, pre and post partum women and families. and those experiencing homelessness, addictions, crisis, and trauma. My counseling style is warm and genuine and I strive to create a safe space for my clients to become vulnerable and do great self work with no judgment. My special areas of interest are: Solution Focused Therapy, Family Therapy, Individual Therapy, and incorporating Art Therapy interventions. I look forward to meeting you!
