I have experience in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress management, and trauma. I have a passion for helping individuals navigate their emotions and life experiences to achieve their personal goals. My approach is personalized and evidence-based, and I utilize techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to help clients make positive changes in their lives.
