After retiring from the military, I discovered my passion for service was still very much alive—just in a different form. My journey led me to the field of therapy, where I now support individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, hoarding behaviors, and personality disorders. I bring both personal and professional experience, including work with a community mental health center and as part of a mobile crisis outreach team, offering support to individuals in urgent need. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and centered on helping clients feel seen, heard, and valued. As a woman veteran, I’m deeply committed to growth, service, and balance. Outside of work, I enjoy life on my mini farm, spending time with loved ones, playing volleyball, reading, and exploring the outdoors. Wherever you are in your mental health journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.
