I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California for 16 years but have a total of 40+ years of professional work experience in counseling with individuals and couples. My training and my own 50 years of marriage (yes, 50 years!) has given me insight to specialize in relationship issues, conflict resolution, and building skills to improve communication between partners. I offer pre-marital counseling for those considering marriage. I have worked with persons who have addiction issues, those coping with grief and loss, and those who lack motivation, & self esteem. You are the author of your own story. But sometimes, we need the help of a professional and someone who listens and who cares. It takes courage to reach out…but that courage can lead to a more fulfilling and happier life. That is my hope for you. And I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
