I have been a LPC in the greater Atlanta area for over 11 years. I have worked with all ages including children, adolescents, and geriatric. I have a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia. I am trained in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and also in Humanistic and Existential theory. I believe in the good in individuals and promote mindfulness and healthy relationships. I have provided individual, group, and family therapy. I also have a strong background in assessment and evaluation. I have assisted individuals with substance abuse and those with dual diagnosis and comorbid conditions. I am a certified grief counselor also. I believe I can help those best by motivating them to fulfill their full potential. I am willing to work with people at where they are at in life and am do not judge others. I believe that therapy is a journey and I can best assist as a guide towards life fulfillment.
