About Rudolpho Perez

Hi there! Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and/or dedication to self, and that’s no small leap of faith! My name is Rudolpho Perez II, LCSW #91751 and go by “RUDY.” I am licensed in California with 16 years of professional work experience. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels safe and supportive; where clients can challenge distorted thoughts or beliefs and simultaneously feel seen, heard, and accepted. My therapeutic style is an integrative Gestalt approach, grounded in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), psychodynamic principles, and the Seeking Safety model. I also incorporate an understanding of family dynamics and recovery-based practices to support holistic healing. I work primarily with adults across the lifespan, ages 18 to 85+, addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral and relational challenges.
