Robyn Matkovich

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with 4+ years of clinical practice. My experience comes from counseling and behavioral health consultation for children, youth, adults, and families in community mental health, virtual, and school settings. My therapeutic style draws mostly from mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, and Jungian therapy, with strong emphasis on being in the present moment. I provide counseling for a variety of presenting issues including stress & anxiety, childhood trauma, caregiving, self-awareness, self-advocacy, accountability, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges and integrating the many parts of you. My hope is to work collaboratively with each client to meet you where you are, and to create a space of respect, non-judgment and compassion where you can feel heard and validated.
