About Robin Hughes

My name is Robin Hughes and I am a LPC. I am passionate about my work, and I love what I do and wouldn’t even call it work. I truly believe that all people, regardless of the situation at hand, equally have the potential to heal from within and be their very best. I specialize in CPT for trauma/PTSD, but also help teach other methods of copings skills to help my clients process through their anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, and more. I find that having a healthy balance within the body, mind and heart are the key factors to a functioning healthy life and perspective. I look forward to working with you!
