I always feel honored when a client is willing to share their story. The impact of emotional distress, relationship strain, life transition, mental health struggles, grief, trauma and self-image problems to name a few, can result to feeling stuck and hold us back from living our best selves. I have 30 years of therapeutic experience with children, youth, teens, adults from 6 weeks to 96 years; experience with child development, family and marital issues, life transitions, inpatient and outpatient care, probation or parole adherence, end of life challenges. Being a military wife for 30 years, I understand the difficulty of deployment and reunifying the family. I am able to provide faith based Christian counseling, using a holistic approach to treatment. While I am a Christian that does not mean I cannot help you if you are from a different faith or non-believer. I respect the cultural, religious, or spiritual differences of each person I work with.
