Hello I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana and I have 15 years of professional experience. I have worked with many issues including depression, anxiety, life transition, grief and loss, trauma, and personal identity issues to name some. I take a wholistic approach that is client-centered and humanistic. I combine this with action oriented techniques to help my clients meet their goals.
