Hello my name is Robb. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, with over 20 years experience. I have worked with clients with a wide array of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, mid-life crisis, acculturation issues, and men’s and young adult issues. I also have experience working with victims of abuse and trauma. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I feel everyone should be treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t believe in labeling people and also feel it is important to provide resources and recommendations (books, workbooks,therapeutic assignments etc.), I would describe my approach as eclectic; combing solution focused , cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psycho-dynamic therapy. I’ll individualize our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek help and take the first steps in obtaining that help and start making changes. I am here to support and assist you in that process. I look forward to helping you help yourself!
