Robert Stewart

I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in the state of Florida with over 10 years of experience working with a a wide range of age groups and concerns. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults on issues ranging from ADHD, school performance, parenting, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. I have also helped people with Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder. I believe that everyone has the potential to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. My approach as a counselor is warm and supportive. I like to join others on their life journey, help them to see their challenges from different perspectives, and guide them toward solutions. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused counseling. Everyone is different, so I will tailor our conversations and your treatment plan to meet your unique goals and needs.
